Northeast Tap Room

Today, it's pretty common to find craft beer on tap wherever you go. But, in 1983 it was a completely different story. That changed when Pete Cammarano bought the Northeast Taproom and started selling beers like those at no other bar. The comer bar at 12th and Robeson now has 13 taps, including cask ale, and an eclectic selection of about 70 bottled beers. How's the selection? Beer Advocate gives the bar a high rating: 93 out of 100. The storied bar is now owned by Dennis Haddock, who co-owned the taproom with business partner Jake Taylor for three years. Taylor wanted to get back into bartending, so Haddock bought him out. “When I first started coming here, I dreamed I could have a place like this.” Haddock said. Tiki Bar

The Dinner Party, nothing staid or stoic, just a good time out. Mostly outdoors in warmer weather but with plenty of shelter we keep the barbys hot everyday. With Jimmy Buffett in the back ground and a server that can 'stop traffic' in the fore it's a fun relaxing evening. Hollering is expected on cue from the bell behind the bar, jokes can be traded with any of the staff and there's nothing corporate about us. Both bars are open 7 days a week from early spring until late fall.
